Quark Lemon Cheesecake with Amaretti
adore Cheesecake – unbaked or baked, there is something about this dessert I absolutely adore. My favourite of all is one I have not as yet managed to replicate – its a Tarta de Queso frequently served in Spanish cafes and restaurants in Nerja. If anyone could point me in the right direction I would be very grateful! Its a baked cheesecake topped with “Arándanos” (blueberries).
